Baker Overby & Moore Inc - Port Angeles Miriah S: The worst experience Ive had with an accountant. We spoke to Wendy, a few months before when taxes were due. There was no response in the beginning for a couple of months, despite multiple attempts to contact her. I called and left multiple messages and e-mailed. Upon going in person, she did make contact afterward. However, after months have passed, I decided to give up and go another route to find another accounting firm. I was e-mailed soon after by Wendy, telling me she would file an extension on taxes. I was relieved to have her assistance with such. For a couple of weeks afterward, I was under the impression she filed an extension in a timely manner. Today, going into the office I found out that she was on medical leave. I was not even in her system, her assistant searched and there were no records indicating that she filed an extension. Very poor response, unprofessional, and unorganized.
