After my first experience a year ago I swore Id never go back that was terrible and confusing, rude!! (with one person let me be clear the staff was sweet). Ended up with an account I didnt sign for and 4 weeks of confusion. When mentioning this to close friends was told about new a new loan rep. And how everything was great. They spoke so well about how their expience was in the last 2 months.... I gave it a go. The process was so fast this time, no rude comments, everyone happy the big boss even came and introduced herself to see how everything was going "cindy". I drove home my new car today.
