Social Security Administration - Port Angeles Janice Dunning: We called this office yesterday in regard to my social security. The message said wait time was 5 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, after numerous recordings that a someone would be available, the new message said everyone was busy and to call another time, and then it hung up on us!
