You think they would be a little nicer after getting bailed out by our tax dollars. Got there, wait time not bad, then helpful clerk, not, added another requirement to documents I’d need. Said I hadn’t been told I’d need that, didn’t even think her ‘sorry’ sounded like it was. Words but not tone, which I said. Won’t bother to return.

You can always refinance with your bank later EDIT: I have had at least 3 loans from them.. and havent been disappointed yet.. other than the interest rate
