U.S. Bank Branch - Anacortes
Jeff H: Always have had friendly and efficient service. We maintain a business account. Depositing a check of couple days ago. Out of deposit slips in checkbook. My teller had a counter slip filled out while was still fumbling. And with a smile. Thanks!
KeyBank - Anacortes
Brad C.: I would give them one quarter of one star if it was possible. They only had two and a half stars to begin with. Cannot take care of even basic banking. If youre looking for the same interaction, youd get from a robotic versatieller, its okay I suppose. But if you ever need anything besides rudimentary help, no one seems to know what theyre doing the branch manager was so smarmy and dismissive that I had to get up and leave. The reason The employees dont know what theyre doing is because the branch manager doesnt know what shes doing, but wants to pretend she does, even if it cost a legitimate customer. Ive been a customer for more than twenty five years. 2 days, 6 phone calls and 3 hours of sitting in the cubicle. The guy had me sit in a cubicle for an hour and 40 minutes by myself. While his manager drove down from some other town unbeknownst to me. He told me he was going to make a quick phone call. Left me in the office and then sat in the back office. Waiting for the manager to show up and just left me sitting in the cubicle, wondering what was going on. For nothing. The manager that came down from Oak Harbor was the absolute worst with 0 communication skills. Zero personality skills, very smarmy, and rude. Said, I needed a certain number. Which does not exist. So her end statement, was it was my fault for not knowing about a number that doesnt exist and key banks wire transfer inner workings, which I have absolutely nothing to do with. After doing 30 seconds of research, it turns out Shes wrong. I had to stand up and walk out after three minutes of her talking at me. So rude. And smarmy is the perfect descriptor. She didnt even introduce herself, say her name or her title. She just walked over and started talking at me, like I was dumb. Turns out, shes the one who doesnt know what shes talking about. The number she said, was my fault for not knowing...it does not exist. The bank in question does not use that number. Not really the sort of thing people are looking for when theyre banking. Some of the tellers are nice, but I need banking done at the bank. Oh, well give them an F plus or maybe a D minus. Because I can physically go there and take money out of my account but anything other than that they get a zero out of ten. At this point in time, I would not recommend them to friends or family. Had very important banking to do I even gave them a whole extra day wiggle room to cover their screw-ups and not knowing what theyre doing. They still couldnt figure it out. The same exact same banking to the exact same account that ive done fifty eight times before , literally. But no matter what I did or how much mistake room I gave them, they still screwed it up. Fail. Oh, the manager did offer to walk over and help me close all my accounts if I didnt like what she was saying. Then hit the door. Im getting a call back from key bank headquarters official complaint department back east in about thirty minutes.Ill let you know how it turns out.

Wiame Sanaa: My friends, who is overseas, husband passed away and I called to ask for an email so she can get hold of someone from the bank. The lady was rude to me, telling me that is her issue and hang up the phone. Unprofessional and rude. I am going to close my bank account there and my familys as well.
The Salvation Army Anacortes - Anacortes
Tanyia Tweten: I used to rate this place a 5 because they were always so accommodating. That being said they have reduced service such as how often you can use the food pantry.
