No follow through on explaining process or pAyout. Did not follow through to make sure pay was issued correctly. Unprofessional and rude. Although my case changed a president was told it is not like I was missing an arm or leg I should be thankful I was being represented. Waisted court time. Found the process to be humiliating . Spent last few years trying to deal with social security office myself. Justice not served court date landed on Jewish holiday so I did not receive the representation. Even then I do not think outcome would have been different. Not how this firm chose to handle what they felt they deserved.
