1 /5 Benita Lamp: Not sure how the others gave 5 stars but we were very frustrated with the process. We have mineral rights in another state and she wanted to charge us almost as much to do those, which are super easy, as she did our federal taxes. We also needed an amendment because the accountant for the mineral rights had the incorrect amount of what we received as a payout and she wanted to charge us almost as much as our federal taxes, again. Told us she has to pay an annual fee for these programs...so you mean you are going to charge each client your annual fee for these programs when you need them? How many times over do you need to pay for them? Very disappointed in Sylvias services.
