Phillip Chung: No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

My homeowners insurance went up $1,300+ per month without notice and Ken completely ignored all of my calls and emails when I was looking for information as to why that happened. When I finally got ahold of him after weeks of making attempts to reach him, I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and he told me that he was very angry with me for canceling. After all of that he never canceled my policy and I was billed again. I needed to call Allstate directly to get it done, as he would not cancel after multiple emails were sent.
