    Phillip Chung: No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

    Daniel Hoolahan: Beware of hiring Ken Madison. My homeowners insurance went up $1,300+ per month without notice and Ken completely ignored all of my calls and emails when I was looking for information as to why that happened. When I finally got ahold of him after weeks of making attempts to reach him, I told him I wanted to cancel my policy and he told me that he was very angry with me for canceling. After all of that he never canceled my policy and I was billed again. I needed to call Allstate directly to get it done, as he would not cancel after multiple emails were sent.

Been with PNW for years and have always had great care by account managers until this year we were upon renewal and our renewal manager did not work with us to find a better rate or save us money with a better policy. Convinced we couldn’t find a better rate, we felt pushed out as if they were trying to get us to not renew by presenting policies that were well over $5000 - $7000 for two autos and one that was to be garaged. After being clients since 2021. We decided to seek a new insurance provider who saved us thousands of dollars so decided to move everything, our homes and auto policies because of the professionalism and care we received as well as better rates and the time, attentiveness and diligence they provided over PNW insurance .

    Terri Ann Charpentier: Ron and his team are professional and knowledgeable. Their customer service is outstanding. This is important when you have an actual claim. I’ve been their customer for over 14 years and have had a few claims. One for the house when an ice maker leaked while on vacation and a few fender benders. The claim for the house was the easiest to have processed though it was emotional for me. The house was back to its former self with little inconvenience in perspective now. Ron calls me when I have questions and makes recommendations based on options or new programs available. While not the least expensive insurance, I truly believe you get the level of service you are paying for. I’m staying with Ron Wangelin and his team for the relationship built and the great service I receive.

    A M: I received an offer from then via mail - did not requested it. Their estimate was almost 1/3 of what I have been paying now. I decided to call them and was informed that this is estimate only and is based on homeowner + auto, not just a homeowner policy. (it does not say that in their letter ) So how they can come up with any estimate, if they have no idea whether I have a vehicle, or what make and model, or how many vehicles. I call it bait and switch and disapprove of those of practices.
