Might have a problem with insurance rates going up but never with Sally’s customer service as she is one of the reasons we are still with farmers in a time where every other insurance company is automated.

5 /5 Robi Riley: They treat you like family there. Sally is the best. I cant say enough about her. Always there for our family and finds us the plan that works for us. My husband was from Spokane and so we still used his agent till he retired he also treated people like family. We met Sally doing a payment. Decided that is who we wanted to work with after the other agent retired. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a more personal family like experience.
