Yasmin Hatfield: They wrote our policy up wrong TWICE and tried to blame my Facebook business page when they sold us a policy that does not allow us to perform FOUNDATIONS and now our insurance has been cancelled during our busiest time of year (mind you we are a construction company that specializes in concrete), they dropped the ball badly. Which is fine we are all human but the attitude you get when you come in or call? Wowza. They have yet to make it right. I don’t even know where our $1300+ went since we don’t even have insurance now. This was going to be our second year with them even though we have been treated very condescendingly since the beginning. We will be taking our business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.
