We have had three sessions and it truly is an effective 20 minute workout. Ann greeted us with kindness and enthusiasm. She walked us through everything and listened to us while giving us valuable info. Strength training is so important for your body and I look forward to our twice a week workouts. Feeling Strong and healthy is our priority, we finally found a routine that we are excited about!!
