3 /5 Stephanie Dickey: I have several accounts at this bank. As far a personal bank accounts, the people, the care is A+. Port Townsend branch cares about its people. They are wonderful. Kudos to the branch manager.
However the main offices do a terrible job with business banking and I have run into thing after thing trying to have my business account with them. First it was just trying to get my business account online, then it was trying to use it and then it charging you fees for basic things you get at other banks. I was even able to find some of these things for free in outside apps.
So with that being said. I think I might be looking for another bank to have my business account at. I want to support my community, but I think they can do better for business . It is important for small businesses to not be squeezed for fees on things other financial institutions offer as regular customer care and it is also not good for business to be using so much time to correct errors or get help with difficult to navigate systems.
