    Peoples Fitness Journey - Richland
Aranzazu Castellano: This is by far the best gym I have been to. Kathy is a great trainer. She takes her time to build a relationship with her clients and helps meet their goals. I personally lost 20 lbs in the 8 months attending her group trainings. When I first started I had never had experience with lifting weights and was scared to use weight machines at other gyms. Kathy taught me everything I needed to know in terms of proper form, how to target different muscles, ways to adjust if I ever felt pain anywhere. I’ve gotten so much more stronger and comfortable in my own body. It’s clear that Kathy cares strongly about her clients and helping them reach their healthiest potential. She’s the best!
    CrossFit Necropolis - Kennewick
Annette DeMyer: CrossFit Necropolis offers the perfect combination of cardio and weight lifting. This gym offers top of the line equipment. Tommy’s (owner) programming is amazing, the gym is always extremely clean and the people are very friendly!
    CBC Fitness Center - Pasco
Tony Goble: Very nice staff and facilities. I was given an afternoon hours tour.
    FallOut CrossFit - Kennewick
Abinesh Selvacanabady: FallOut CrossFit is personal training in a group setting and is fantastic ! Very knowledgeable CrossFit coaches in Tim, Tammy, Kevin, Tommy, Lara and our new mobility expert Jason. The workouts are intense and for you to get fit, all you need to do walk through the door at FallOut. The coaches take care of the rest. Tim and Tammy are fantastic owners too and the best part is that this is a family run business. You will get to know everyone who walks in. You attack the work out with your brothers and sisters-in-arms and feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the hour. You workout, suffer and sweat together and see consistent progress as long as you have the commitment to workout honestly. The coaches are like eagles, watching everyone all the time and correcting your form and technique. I love that the group is diverse (age and demographics) and that you can progress at your own pace. I remember my first class where I was on the ground mid way through the work out. I have come a long way and thanks to Tim and Tammy and all our coaches at FallOut CrossFit. Arguably, the best fitness place in town. Cheers !

    Andrew Witherrite: Great people
All American Gymnastics and Sports Center - Kennewick
Bailey Pridemore: I never leave negative reviews, but after attempting to handle this matter privately for weeks, I’ve received no response. I had a birthday party for my daughter here and the space was good. However, I would not recommend it. It’s dirty and the staff was not helpful. Below is the email I have sent twice with no response: “I’m feeling very disappointed with the cleanliness of the building. There was dirt and dust everywhere. Multiple times my one year old picked up and put super dirty clumps in her mouth. There were bloody bandaids in the foam pit. When I told the gals working they responded with “yeah, they need to clean that:” as if they have been told that before. The foam pit left pieces and particles all over the kids. We have done birthday parties at other gymnastic locations and they were all vacuumed beforehand. I’m not one to complain, but I had multiple parents point out how dirty things were- which is embarrassing as the hosting parent. But they were just looking out for the safety of their children. I also feel the staff had little to no involvement. I had no guidance on when it was time to switch over from the gym time to upstairs so we just made the call. None of my guests received the goodie bags because nobody knew about them. I noticed the party before me had that same experience.. I’m just feeling really dissatisfied with the experience. I’m not sure if we were just to rent out the building, but I was under the impression there would be staff on the floor making sure kids were being safe and manning the foam pit. The only time we saw them was to clean up. The only reason I’m emailing to begin with is to ensure the safety of future children. “ Note: the email confirmation for the party says to NOT call but message them on Facebook with questions the day of. This is WRONG. They do not check their Facebook messages and the girls at the front said we could have called. Overall, I would recommend the other gymnastics places in town. They are clean, helpful, and actually communicate.
Club 24 Hansen Park - Kennewick
Gary Hawley: We were visiting family from out-of-town, and they made a guest membership quick and easy to sign up for. The gym is clean, and has a great staff.
    Planet Fitness - Richland
Serena Nozawa: The staff are super nice and friendly. They also do a great job of keeping the gym clean. However, its really frustrating to pay for the black card and always have equipment "out of service". Specifically the stair-steppers!! There are only 4 stair steppers, which is already very limiting. Of the 4, they all rotate being out of order and theres really only 3. Ive noticed that all but 1 have a broken step. Today I went to the gym and there is only 1 functioning stair stepper! Ive pointed this out to the staff months ago that having only 4 stair steppers (especially when 1 is always unusable) sucks and there are too many other cardio machines people dont use. They could easily swap out a couple of treadmills or ellipticals for a few more stair steppers.
    Richland Strength - Richland
Carrie C: I’m in Richland for a month and needed a place to train. I was welcomed in from the moment I walked through the door . Great coaching, equipment was top notch and the space was clean and showed the owner obviously cares about his members. If I moved here I wouldn’t hesitate joining. The owner, Chris was quick to answer all of my questions even though he was on vacation (I didn’t know this at the time). Recommend 10/10
