5 /5 Tiana McCrae: Staff is super friendly and helpful. My husband bought my ring here and he said they were very open and friendly. Their prices are the cheapest around and I absolutely love my ring! We went back in a month before the wedding because my ring was a bit too loose and they sized it down to a 4.5 which is really hard to do. I recommend everyone to them!

5 /5 M L: Michael repaired my wedding set and another gold ring for me and I couldnt be more happy. He did a fantastic job and I got them back in 1 week. I love that he does this in house because i have trust issues about sending my jewelry out due to horror stories of diamond switching. I will be coming back soon to have my grandfathers wedding rings repaired and sized for me to wear. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

2 /5 amanda sonderby: I dropped my ring off 1.5 weeks ago. Today I called to check on the status of my ring and was told by the lady working that I ( me) was told that the jeweler was on vacation and my ring would not be ready until 11/11. When I informed her that the man helping me had not told me that he told me 2 weeks her response to me was " That man is our manager and I highly doubt he would not have told a customer that the jeweler was on vacation and the pick up date is 11/11" the female staff has been less than friendly in the past in store and her response to me was not customer service at all. I would have sent out my ring regardless of the timing had I known it would be 1.5 months I would not have checked in on it today.
