1 /5 ashley Fonger: Every time we come to this branch we have issues. A lady one time gave us a receipt with someone else information.. then today went in because our card wasnt going through. There were 20 other people in line and everyone was getting new cards we asked what was going on a lady said I dont kmow we are just issuing new cards.

5 /5 Michael Ralston: As usual, there was no wait time to access the teller. The young lady was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Im very happy with the service I receive at GESA.

1 /5 Christopher White: This particular location does have very nice employees. Unfortunately they are not properly trained. I asked to open a specific account and wanted all the fine print associated with the document. The loan officer produced a document but this document did not make any mention to an annual fee. The loan officer failed to produce the proper documents. Only after it was processed did the document get produced. Turns out their was a fee and a whole sheet. The manager produced this however this was after the transaction. I feel the employees are not trained correctly or understand all products they are offering. When a customer asks for all rates/fees associated with this product the fiduciary duty of that loan officer is to produce it. Not for profit credit Union....

1 /5 Dustin Brown: Tried to put some money into my friends account for him. They refused I said Ok we’ll close all my accounts then. Without hesitation they shrugged their shoulders and said ok. I was stunned no wait let me try to keep you. This company is gone from credit union to big bank. They have lost their customer service skills completely. You are just a number to them no longer a member. Find somewhere else P1FCU has been outstanding go see Frank.
