1 /5 Zachary Reshovsky: Company management is really frustrating to deal with - I felt that this location along with two other places couldnt get the job done when our debate team came through this part of the country. GRANCO needs to do better by reorganizing itself. I will not be recommending this place to my friends and will be keeping my business with my Wells Fargo.

1 /5 Kailee Spark: Without going into grave detail, this credit union has very poor customer service and rapport. If someone is short with me once in a while, fine, everyone has bad days. But the MANAGER of this credit union is down right rude and blatently disrespectful EVERY time I come in, and judging by the chats I have had with other customers/members and the interactions I have witnessed her have with members other than myself I am appalled she still holds her title. I recommend taking your banking needs else where, to a credit union that has better customer service and holds themselves to a higher standard than this credit union does.

5 /5 David Gillett: I switched from Horizon to GranCo about a year ago. I am very glad I did, it has been an amazing transition. They are always extremely helpful and know what they are talking about, never once have I had an issue. Ive never dealt with the office in Ephrata in person, but over the phone they have been great! I have recommended this place to all my coworkers.
