The automatic renewal kicked in before I could shop around, and the increase wasnt devastating, but it was high enough to make me start shopping. Our original representative signed us up when the company was Rice Insurance. She is Amazing and knows who I am. She used to send birthday cards and review our policy to help ensure that our family was getting a good deal. Now that the company is PCF, we have an "Account Manager" who doesnt know my name, my wife, or my family.
