1 /5 Daniel Flagg: Brought my tag heuer watch in to be looked at after it stopped ticking following their servicing to replace the battery. The lady at the front simply told me that must mean it needs a cleaning and there’s no one local that can help you sorry. I asked if they could at least take a look to confirm what was wrong and was told no, not possible, and sent on my way without even so much as a referral. This doesn’t seem like the actions of a reputable jeweler to me. It felt very dismissive and frankly lazy. I would look elsewhere for your jewelry repair needs as they will not honor their work or help you problem solve issues.

5 /5 Kari Skinner: I have had several pieces of jewelry repaired here. Beth is very informative and thorough on the work I’m having done. Rodney does beautiful work and I got my pieces back quickly. They are the only jeweler that I will take my jewelry to. I also bought my husband a beautiful ring custom made by Rodney. He does beautiful work.

I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

We have had several repairs and purchased multiple necklace and been very happy. One necklace we bought broke within a week and they took care of us no questions no hesitation. Sequoia Pullella Barca: I took a jewelry class from Leah 3 years ago, and loved it, so I knew she was the perfect person to help me make my husbands wedding ring. I brought a complicated idea to her, after being rejected by many jewelers, and she was happy to help! The lesson was a few hours long and easy to follow. Leah did the entire ring making process in front of me as a demo, and then I repeated the process completely independently after, with guidance. My husband loved the ring, and its so special that I made it entirely myself. Highly recommend!
