5 /5 Marcus Aurelius: Every experience has been a genuine pleasure. Both tellers and managers have been both friendly and professional besides meeting my banking needs. Im not wealthy but have had diverse needs that were always met in a timely and efficient way. I would definitely recommend Kitsap Bank for anyone in the area.

1 /5 Joe Wegrzyniak: I have had a few really negative experiences at this bank that make this review worth my time to post. Staff is condescending and rude. Tried dropping off change and they refused to take it. I had to go to another branch to deposit into my bank. Another time I tried withdrawing cash and they scoffed and told me they wouldnt do it and I was pretty adamant that I needed cash from my bank and after a few minutes she started processing my request but was shaking her head and scoffing at me throughout the whole transaction. Really unprofessional tellers here.
