1 /5 Erik Nadeau: Im posting this just in case supervision did not get the comment card. Debra one of the staff members barged into our yoga class as we were finishing. Stopped the entire class and was very rude. The outside yoga instructors are way better than the inexperienced staff yoga instructors. If the ymca staff keeps treating them badly they will quit. They have lost some really good instructors because of this. If this keeps happening you are going to loose customers.

1 /5 jenifer lopez: Do not recommend ,staff at the summer camp is super rude payed for one week and only took my daughter twice. The staff had terrible attitude on multiple occasions after picking her up. I will cancel my membership and DO NOT Recommend !

1 /5 Tia Snyder: Although we still use this location I dont recommend it. From the very start they messed up my registration by not properly adding my children to my account. That mishap caused a huge problem when it came to signing up for classes. It was so bad I even drove in to speak about it and lady helping me wasnt listening at all. She kept ignoring the bigger issue and just tried to push class times that didnt work for us. To get it fixed I had to speak with someone higher up who was definitely a better person to deal with and very kind. Second registration went smoothly. Third registration they had a swim class on there that apparently didnt actually exist. After about 20 attempts to register, several phone calls, then an email I finally hear back. The class didnt actually exist. No explanation on why it was even on there. So they offered a time slot that clearly wouldnt work because it would mean we would have to spend 3 hours at the Y. Thats just too much wasted sunshine time during summer. Ive registered my kids for some classes at the Pearl location and it went flawlessly. We only go here because of friends. So we will be splitting our time between both locations.

1 /5 Sergey Grigoryev: Can give less star. Worst staff ever , anyplace in US people better then here! They pretend follow rules, and do not accept military issued ID, with this ID people can board on flight BUT cannot get in to YMCA. No respect to customer at all, management have to do something with this. Get another great experience with “” great stuff “” May just me unlucky, they do not fork fir people , just want to show who is king here, you are sheet customer , I an here officer and follow all letters on rules , do not care if all customer nit comming here, make stuff live better.

5 /5 SANDY VAIESE: I’ve always had a great experience with Lakewood YMCA!! Their staff always has great teamwork, programs are well organized. Coaching staff is awesome & patient with the kids.
