Edward Jones - Financial Advisor: Shelly R Ganje - Everett Monica Lowe: After realizing that a place like Fidelity was for-profit (they dont work FOR you, they work to make their own money!), I was looking for a fiduciary to manage my investments properly. Shelley was super friendly, helpful, and explained everything so I understood. In her care, mine, my husbands, and my mothers IRAs have grown substantially, even through the ups and downs of the last couple of years. Yes, a fiduciary costs more, but as a company that is legally bound to work in my best interests, I still have made more on my investments than I did in over 5 years with Fidelity. And with my mother now living off her IRA, the ability to do an automatic payment every month has been such a time and energy saver. I love the future planning, as well - now we have a clear vision of what we need to retire, and Ive even gotten informational calls when theres been upheaval in the market. Shelley and Ryan have been nothing but wonderful, and I have every confidence in them (and we arent huge investors, but I never felt like our little bit was less worthy of attention from her office. I appreciate that!)
