2 /5 Miriam: I love that they help low-income people but some of the people that work the front desk are rude and just not cheerful at all you talk to you like your 5 years old people that Im talking about are the ones that are from Community jobs

3 /5 Tey: To the reviewers on here complaining that cap doesnt answer their phone your best bet is to go inside dont complain on here to say they dont answer their phone the short staffed half the time and they got a lot of people walking in and asking for stuff so dont say oh I cant get energy assistance because nobody answered the phone well thats on you not them

5 /5 Pamela Langston: Cap has funds for rent help throughout the year. They also help with electricity bills twice a year. They have commodities and toiletries available per household once a month. They have a very cheap thrift store that supports the help they give. You can donate to the thriftstore. They do not take furniture
