5 /5 Seth Gillham: Literally best place in town for Kids/Youth fitness. If you want your kid to excel in sports, gain vertical jump, or just in general gain overall fitness - this is your place. Perfect blend of stretching, weight/strength, and fitness. There are a few awesome adult classes (adult classes are 5 am, 6 am) as well that are more low key but you will still see big gains. Prices are really fair (less than half the cost of CrossFit!!!)

If you’re looking for a place to work out or even a place to work, I’d absolutely recommend this gym. It’s a community that genuinely cares about people’s health, goals, and overall experience.
Diana Bartos: This review is about the members, not the gym itself. While the gym is great and everyone is nice, it’s increasingly frustrating not being able to access certain spaces or equipment to complete my training routines due to other members sitting on their phones scrolling for 5-10 minutes in between reps. I pay attention to how much they’re lifting because heavier weights do require longer rest time in between. 2-3 minutes max. It’s excessively beyond that, and incredibly rude to everyone else trying to complete their workout and go home. While it’s not the gym employee’s responsibility to babysit how people share equipment in a public space, it is on each of us as individuals to be mindful that other people around us want to use the same equipment. Get your face out of your phone if you’re using equipment. 7 minutes of scrolling instead between each rep is insane.
