    Jade Marie: Scam artist! Wish we would have read the comments before making a purchase. My spouse bought me two rings for Christmas. The first one was white gold with an amethyst. Not even a week later the stone fell out. I don’t have a job that’s rough and take my rings off to do dishes etc. so the fact that it fell out within a week is ridiculous. Then when we read the comments this happened to someone else as well. They wouldnt do anything to help or replace the stone. The second ring is white gold, diamonds, and tanzanite. Well we were lead to believe it was a tanzanite but not even a month later and the stone is becoming clear/see through and most definitely not real. I’m not going to stand by though and do nothing. I’ve contacted the BBB, Westfield Mall (we’re they are located), and will go to the news if I have too. The fact that they are getting away with ripping people off infuriates me. We work hard for the things we purchase and want these things to be nice. At the very least last longer than a week!! I would recommend never stepping a foot in this jewelry store if you value your money.

    Helen Warner: I left a beautiful and delicate necklace with 4 chains at Runyan’s Jewelers which I somehow had managed to twist, knot and tangle all up. They were so very kind and spent multiple hours to put it right. When it was restored to its original form, I picked it up and expected a bill for the mess I had made. To my surprise there was no charge for all of their work. I am so very grateful to Runyan’s Jewelers for being so wonderful!Thank you again for all of your generous help!

    Gilbert McKown: First off, Kevin is the best! I come in wanting to buy some gold and silver as an investment for the future. I wasnt sure what I really wanted, but Kevin knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was totally transparent about what he would buy as good deals and pointed out the things that werent good deals, and some fun items to have as a collectable. Super informative and humble enough to admit when he didnt have all the information. After buying my coins and making it home, some of the numbers didnt add up on my receipt. I gave them a call and everything got sorted out instantly. Kevin was so nice with a "Merry Christmas" to end the call. This was an incredibly pleasant interaction and so much better than any experience I had with other main brand coin shops. I 100% recommend shopping here for anyone wanting to buy gold or silver.     Hannah Pierdomenico: Went in to get my engagement ring resized to be made larger. They did not contact me within the time stated to go pick up, and since their hours are so strange it was difficult for me to find a time to get it. When I finally came in the ring looked horrible - while they added the piece to make it bigger they did not make the ring symmetrical at all. Also the woman at the front desk acted like she had no clue who I was even though I had called a couple times to ask about the ring. I asked for the ring to be a size 6.5 and another jeweler told me it was about 6.75 - AND the ring is crooked. So now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I would not trust them with anything important to you.

    morgan stevens: Went to this Fred Meyer jewelers to buy my fiancés wedding ring. When we got the ring back from being sized the first time the ring was very dull looking, had been buffed way too hard and had no shine. Did not look even close to what it was when we bought it. Then needed to be resized again. Second time we pick it up it still doesn’t fit my fiancé so we take it to a different Fred Myer jewelers and come to find out the repair guy didn’t even resize it. Wouldn’t recommend getting repairs done at this store. The guy doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing.

We began talking and I was looking for a very specific set of pens made by Parker in the 1970s. Tim went in the back and low and behold he had them. We agreed on a price and I will always drop by from now on when in town. Dont miss this gem of a store and say hello to Tim he is a genuinely great person!

    alHalwima: This has the equivalent of an entire gem fairs worth of gemstones, minerals, and fossils and is the largest store of its kind for many miles around. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about their inventory as well. Highly recommend. Because the store is so huge, if youre looking for something, theres a 99% chance theyll have it or something like it.
