Marques Johnson: I was actually referred to this firm, by one of my clients who used Campbell in the past, I was calling because they may be familiar w/ their case. I called w/ a very generic question that I never got a chance to ask, because the old lady gatekeeper (who I believe was the assistant to Steve Burnham), I spoke to took it upon herself to get on the phone and be rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. Hadnt even spoken yet so the irritation in her voice, & the brash tone of voice led me to interrupt her and tell her Im not interested in doing business w/ such a rude individual, as I proceeded to hang up the phone. Being mean in general doesnt make sense, but being mean to someone whos trying to help keep you in business is mind boggling. Update: 03/24/2025 - Got an apologetic call from Steve Burnham. No ones perfect, so to the ones who own up to a mistake (to me), its worth its weight in gold, I dont expect perfection out of anyone, just common deceny and Steve showed that on his call to me :)
