KT Newell David helped me out of a situation in a quick pinch for a legal matter that was time sensitive. Worked over the 6 Hours that was originally agreed for and was kind enough not to charge me more then our original agreement. Hopefully I wont need to hire anymore attorneys in the future but if I do I know where to go and who to call.

Sheri Wood David is unprofessional. When I showed up to his office I was seen 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment. After I paid him in full, he ghosted me for over a month and then blamed it on the staffing. A quick email or text to update is not that hard. Or if you are so over worked maybe don’t take new clients. I asked him to make it right when he finally got back to me so he refunded a tiny portion of what I had paid him. If I didn’t advocate for myself I believe he would have never offered that on his own. He then ghosted me again for two more months after apologizing the first time. I would never hire David smith again based on my experience.

Amitoz Dhillon I hired Trevor White to assist my father with an HOA-related case. From the beginning, it was made clear that my father isn’t fluent in English and that I would be helping translate and explain details to ensure clarity. Despite this, Trevor repeatedly insisted that I couldn’t speak on my father’s behalf—even just to clarify important background information. This created a serious communication barrier that ultimately led to confusion about the situation and an outcome that fell short of expectations when the case was settled. I expected more professionalism and flexibility in handling a case involving a client with language limitations. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend his services based on our experience.
