I am always prepared with what I want going in and they always take their delivery a step further to accomplish my goals. Most recently, I needed to utilize shared branching for a large transaction and experienced some issues on the receiving CUs end. After a few phone calls and another trip back to CFCU, I got ahold of Margaret, from the Westbow branch. I tell you, Margaret was an absolute gem and really went the extra 10 miles to deliver. She spent the entire day on the phone with the other credit union, mind you to resolve their issue, so my funds could make it where they were intended. She remained in contact with me and continued to provide timely status updates; truly making me feel like a valued member all throughout the process. Kudos to Margaret and thank you again for all your hard work and attention.

Cody Ricci: I have had the absolute worst experience banking with stcu Locking my debt card and Ive been stuck at a gas station with no gas not being able to get home because my card has been locked due to "Daily limit" even though its a debit card??? Absolutely horrid customer service on the weekend as well as they were able to provide me with ZERO help. No one was able to unlock my Card even though I have the funds in my account. So Ive been stuck at this gas station for 3 HOURS. WILL NEVER Bank here again or Recommend ANYONE bank With STCU. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
