5 /5 Ayelet Y: Jane was the 6th and final lawyer I contacted with regards to my unusual, long and arduous immigration process. She is a true blessing and helped me to successfully get my green card. I started my process filing the paperwork by myself without a lawyer. That was a huge mistake because it led to a series of issues that delayed my process over and over again. All this could have been avoided if I had a good lawyer from the start. When it was my time to change status I decided to do it with a lawyer. I went through 5 lawyers before finding Jane. The first gave me wrong information that delayed my process even more. The second was reluctant to work with me. The third said he wasnt qualified to deal with my case. He referred me to a 4th lawyer who was more knowledgeable, she consulted me but didnt take my case. When I finally found a lawyer that was knowledgeable, willing to take my case and was even a bit more affordable than the others, he asked me to fill out the forms by myself and drop in his office for him to file. When I had questions about the forms, he wouldnt take my calls. Needless to say I was feeling stressed and desperate and at this point I didnt know if its possible for me to complete my process. When I finally found Jane, it was like finding a helping angel. She is knowledgeable, professional, meticulous in her work and super calm. She guided me every step of the way and took care of the paperwork. Her calm manner, clarity and focus helped me to relax and get things done on my end. She was on top of everything, super responsive to all messages and made sure we met all the deadlines, which I wouldnt be able to do without her. Towards the end of the process, we had to handle one last thing related to my religious beliefs. She wasnt experienced with that unusual exception but made immediate inquiries and came back with clear guidance that allowed us to complete the process successfully. She came with us to the interview and her calm presence was very supportive. Looking back at this journey I only wish I would have started my process with Jane or found her sooner. That would have saved me much time, stress and money. Jane is a genuine gem of a lawyer. If you need a professional, knowledgeable lawyer with excellent communication skills, that will have your back every step of the way and give you a great chance at successful outcome, I highly recommend choosing Jane.

No follow through on explaining process or pAyout. Did not follow through to make sure pay was issued correctly. Unprofessional and rude. Although my case changed a president was told it is not like I was missing an arm or leg I should be thankful I was being represented. Waisted court time. Found the process to be humiliating . Spent last few years trying to deal with social security office myself. Justice not served court date landed on Jewish holiday so I did not receive the representation. Even then I do not think outcome would have been different. Not how this firm chose to handle what they felt they deserved.

Also, when asked for reimbursement, they informed me they thought it was going to go that way, so it didn’t matter anyway. But the whole reason I took my ex-wife to court was because of this evidence that was never submitted.
