1 /5 Darla Knutzen: Always do your due diligence before selling items, especially at this store. Get bids from multiple locations before stepping in this store. Other stores will give you a much fairer exchange for your items and you wont feel like you were taken advantage of. When I sold an item it was said the item would be a good fit for their new antique store. One day later it has been shipped off to New York? I was also not asked to show my ID in case I was selling stolen items. Shame on me for being too distracted to notice the warning signs.

Just laughed at us like we were garbage .i hope nobody else goes though This embarrassment what a joke.

Richard Myer: My Wife called in a curbside order for me to pick up, I got the confirmation that it was ready. Went to the store try to do curbside, couldn’t get it to work tried calling the store nobody you can talk to called and connected with the department. Explain to the people that I was unable to connect with anybody. She said she was going to contact someone and my order would be out shortly 45 minutes later still nothing. I called her back, but no one answered. Tried the operator. No one available. Eventually a lady came out with the wrong package and acted like I was putting her out.. Then she went back into store and came out with the correct package and said the problem was it was never ordered curbside. I said that’s funny because I have the confirmation for the curbside order and that it is ready. What an outfit, pretty easy to see why they’re closing lots of their stores. I definitely won’t be back.

Katherine Gates: This is the cutest little boutique in Lacey. Had this not popped up in my what’s new section in Google, I would have never found it! I had previously gone to boutique store in Olympia or Tacoma for items like this but no more! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a wide assortment of goods from knickknacks, jewelry, clothing, candles, books and more. They even have their own little wine club. Plus their shopping bags are just the cutest! The only thing I would like to see more of are local featured items. There may have been some but I think I was overwhelmed with the all the things that I missed it. Can’t wait to go back and check out more and see all of their seasonal items!

It sucks cause I love that store but I guess being on your cell phone and changing your shirt and having your friend sitting next to you that doesn’t even work there is more important!
