    Sno Catter: I am a small business owner of 17 years, I decided to move business and personal accounts to STCU after I was assured they could offer me the same business needs as my old bank that closed our local branch. First off they refused to give my 17 Year old business with perfect credit a line of credit to replace the one we had, the mobile app is terrible and constantly errors out when trying to mobile deposit from multiple different phones and carriers, They refused to raise the daily limit on the business debit card because apparently no business ever spends more than 3k per day, It has been a terrible experience since day one and has made running my business next to impossible. I am closing all my accounts and going back to my old bank. Thank you STCU for showing me how great I had it where I was.

    Adam Lang: Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays). Compare that to the $11,000 family deductible on the plan offered by my new employer (at $500 more per month), and you can see why I am proud to write this glowing, 5-star review for Kevin and Riverbend Insurance. Beyond the savings, Kevin was able to answer all of my questions and walk me through various scenarios (lots of doctor visits vs. few, specialists vs. regular visits, emergency care, etc.) in terms of plan and cost. Im the type of person who wants to understand all the details, which Im sure annoys many professionals. Kevin was incredibly patient and actually seemed happy that I wanted to have all our ducks in a row before pulling the trigger. I also had to follow up a few times after buying the policy to make sure I was clear on payment and policy number. His team answered the phone the first time I called and was able to answer my questions. Id recommend anyone who is looking for a better insurance rate to call Riverbend and let Kevin and his team do the work to find the best deal

    trog door: I WONT GO HERE ANYMORE!!! Great at her job. But tried to use my personal information against me as if she was a part of my everyday life. My only son died less than 6 monthes ago and she told me my daughters will date losers if I dont go back to work... because thats what happened to her daughter?? She said what kind of example am I setting for them? Wow... CLEARLY I NO LONGER GO HERE!!! Im not you and your not me next time talked to your daughter if you have issues with who she dates. If you go here she will do her job But I wouldnt trust ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION as me may try to use it against you without first knowing what shes talking about.     GOD ALMIGHTY: I had gone through this broker for years only to find out this past year they had been over charging me by 50.00 per month on my insurance. They claimed it was the best they could do/ rate available. However when I checked with competing brokers I quickly discovered that simply was not the case. I switched to a new broker and insurance company and will be saving 600.00. A year. Now for many that may seem slight but not for me. Clearly I would NOT reccomend anyone utilising this broker. Take your time, shop around and avoid these con men and women at all costs.
