1 /5 Lance Cross: Applied for mortgage-- They brought in appraiser from out of town. Appraiser used invalid comps. We are waterfront, 100 dock, etc. Her comps were not on waterfront. Bottom line, the bank wanted a low ball estimate, and the got one.They refused to hear my valid complaint. I wound up walking way, leaving $700 on the table. AVOID this bank, Behind the Smiling Charley demeanor are sharks.

5 /5 Emothic Pride: Went there to set up a new bank account because my old bank key bank wasn’t being a very good bank. My first impressions of this bank is its clean very professional and extremely nice and pleasant the staff knows what they are doing and are more than willing to help you if you have questions. The banker who helped me set up my account was Megan and she is amazing answered all my questions and concerns and also said if I had anymore questions fill free to call the bank or come and she’ll assist me further. I’ll come back after a couple months to update my review.
