    Jim Sheldon: Do not expect timely communications, multiple emails and phone calls not returned. Do not expect them to know simple law without being guided. And, do not expect them to be prepared or to have attention to detail. Hired Jenni** in "November" for 2 13 year charges to be vacated. said "no problem" "we can do that 2-3 weeks" finally done in "March". They went to court half armed with info and ill prepared, delayed, then had to return the order for wording to match the law. And because they did not know simple law one couldnt go through. Months and months of wasted time. I got the impression it was set aside until they felt like dealing with it because of the ignored calls and emails. So, in a strong opinion, if you do not care about how long it takes, or being a priority to them, then hire them. If time is important and you want a commitment with results and attention to detail, then vigorously look elsewhere. wish there was 0 star.
