This was the first time my family had gone through anything like this. After calling the public defender’s office and being informed they are only required to speak with the defendant I knew something needed to change. My brother was still in his late teens and really didn’t understand the process either. We got Nicholas number from a family friend and since that day for 10 months Nicholas not only explained the process, best and worst case scenario, and what we could do to help. He stayed in great contact with not just myself but our other brother through the process. They were very professional and courteous when dealing with my case and could explain everything in laymans terms if there was something I didnt quite understand. With my 2nd DUI I had a very high BAC level and he was able to get it dropped to a reckless driving charge.
