    Kristle Pipgras: I received a writ from Joseph O. Enbody for a claim that had already been settled via bankruptcy. On the writ, he left a number to a debt collector instead of his office. I called them and they refused to speak to me so I could tell them I filed bankruptcy and said that I needed to get my own lawyer. I then called the office of Joseph O. Enbody to speak to someone about how to alert their office that I filed bankruptcy and before I could even get a sentence out, the extremely unprofessional receptionist cut me off and told me I needed to call the debt collector and not him because “he won’t speak to you.” I attempted to explain to her that I already did and she cut me off again and told me, “well you need to get your own lawyer because he won’t speak to you.” Never have I ever called any place of business and been so disrespected and not be able to speak to a lawyer or their assistant to make them aware that the account has already been dealt with. Apparently, Mr. Enbody is too high on his horse to speak with someone or allow his assistant to speak with someone requesting to provide information about a summons. Find a better law firm.

    Dr. -J-: Don Blair is an awful "Joke of a Lawyer ". He told me thew wrong date for trail and got a warrant issued for me. Not only that, but couldnt be bothered to call me and let me know of the outcome. Thats assuming he even showed up himself for court. When I went to call him about it his mail box was full and i couldnt even leave a voice mail. Totally Unprofessional!!!

So go with your gut and do not leave your loved ones life in her hands. She does not care!!!! Run away in the other direction and do not look back. If you want to be forced to “settle” or bullied into taking a “deal” from the opposing party than look no further. Kelli WILL NOT fight for you. She doesn’t like to litigate. She does not want to go to court. She is lazy and even if you have a strong case to fight she will tell you that there’s absolutely nothing she can do for you and that she would be happy to keep taking your money but that’s it. She told me if I didn’t make a deal with the opposing party and if I decided to fight the motion in court, she would not represent me. I went with my gut and hired a new lawyer and immediately felt better just after the consultation. Within a few hours of retaining my new lawyer my case was immediately turned around. This woman does not care about you or your people you’re trying to protect. She is trying to retire and wants an easy buck. Do not trust her with your loved ones life.

    Jamie Peterson: Mr. Dugaw was the the attorney for the opposing party in my case. I was absolutely shocked & moved that he went to such a great length to try to ensure a just & fair hearing. It was clear the commissioner had bias against me and I wasnt receiving fair treatment. He threatened her file a civil justice complaint against Her if she didnt step down.. She removed herself from the case.
