1 /5 MexicanFlower77: This gym closes at 7pm on the weekends which is a huge inconvenience. More often than not, nobody is behind the counter the last hour so nobody gets their massages in. How long are we supposed to wait for the staff person to get off his treadmill in order to let us in for our massage? I spent 15 minutes on the treadmill and while the phone rang and others dropped by and left, the counter remained empty. Are we supposed to schedule our workouts according this staff person when they decide to disappear? This is unprofessional and honestly, quite rude. Many of us do not wish to drive across town the Smokey Point location but this lack of courtesy is discouraging. This location is in desperate need of professionalism

2 /5 Aaron: During my visit, I noticed there was no designated place to store soap or toiletries in the shower area, which made it inconvenient to use. Additionally, I experienced an interaction with a staff member—who I believe may have been the manager—that felt dismissive. While I attempted to hold the door open as a courtesy, the response I received came across as unprofessional. Lastly, as this is not my “home gym,” I was unable to access certain amenities such as the hydro massage beds. I only attend this location due to its proximity, though it’s not my preferred facility.

1 /5 Maria Tendean: Lost my skincare pouch there, try to call them they say they don’t have it or maybe they throw it away because they have to clean. it’s Victoria secret pouch and it’s clear you can see inside I have Tomford perfume and rhode skincare. It doesn’t look garbage. How come they didn’t put in lost and found. Not recommended I know it’s my fault to forget my own thing but still not recommend.

4 /5 Isaac Simmons: The gym is amazing and clean. I do agree. i wish showers had trays for soap and shampoo as someone recently said. But i love how it has sections and privacy in different areas, not all one room. Tons of equipment almost never have to wait to work out. Cleaned all the time. One complaint one of the guys who works here seems to approach women working out and not men. I go here daily, and he never has tried to talk to me once, but I always see him talking to women who look a certain way. Even my wife felt hecked out by him multiple times. Hope he takes that same friendliness to all people in the gym, not just a few. Overall, I love this gym.

2 /5 D L M: After using the gym I took a quick shower, being mindful that they would be closing within 30 minutes. Got out of the shower quickly, using the changing room to get dried off & dressed. 15 minutes before the gym closed the staff turned the LIGHTS OFF in the shower section of the locker room! No warning! Didnt flash the lights first, didnt say "anyone in here?" Nothing. If they had looked, they would have seen that part of the locker room was being used! I couldnt see inside the changing room - NOT COOL! I couldnt find my clean clothes inside my duffle bag, it was too dark. Ended up having to put my already worn clothes back on. Do better Planet Fitness, do better
