5 /5 Juanita Brown: I am currently on my 4th Rock Solid Fitness challenge. I first started around Thanksgiving 2024 and lost 5 pounds in that first 30 day challenge. To have accomplished that weight loss, especially around the holidays was very encouraging. I was so motivated that I signed up for the next session…a 60 day challenge from January to March 2025 and averaged about a 5-pound weight loss in each of those months as well.
During the next 60-day challenge, from March-May 2025, I not only hit my first plateau, but I also unfortunately underwent some health issues which caused me to miss the last 3 weeks of the challenge. Still, despite setbacks that included recovery time and physical limitations, I’m currently enrolled in the summer challenge with a goal to get back on track and regain some discipline.
Becky is such a positive person and offers great encouragement while being just tough enough to keep you focused and moving. The weekly challenges have been great and are different each session to maintain “muscle confusion”. The workout environment has been perfect in both size and feel (relaxed, inspiring and uplifting). Finally, the cost has been very reasonable and affordable. I would highly encourage anyone who is looking to lose weight and make positive changes to sign up!
