  • Guild Mortgage Company - Colville
Darby McMillan: We had a really good experience with Guild. Throughout the process of purchasing our first home, Stacey was so helpful and quick to get back to us. She always answered my calls and emails promptly and patiently answered all my little questions. On top of being good at her job, Stacey was always kind and friendly. Thank you for helping get us into our home Stacey! :)
Maruji & Raines PS - Colville
Cherida Mcfarlane: I had a very poor experience from start to finish. There was so much confusion. I feel for the $600+ we paid this firm to handle our taxes and walk us through what was happening, we received terrible customer service.
Semenza Accounting & Tax Services PLLC - Colville
Kelly Walker-Archambeau: Windora, did our small business taxes this year. She is amazing, friendly and very professional. Thank you Windora
    HUB International - Colville
    HUB International
Mary Sphuler: cannot get any help locally with the policy that is contracted locally, they pass you to a company wide phone tree. They recieve a benefit for selling the policy, but cannot answer a question or help! I did call after my negative review, and still not able to help! they sure can be Johnny on the spot to take your money...I cncl. and got a $380 savings for the same coverage.
    KeyBank - Colville
Emilee Doppenberg: I have had severe issues with reoccurring overdraft fees (which I take full accountability for) totaling about $1,260 for the last six months to a year. Majority of the time a 0.99 Apple charge would come out. (Key bank graciously just updated their policy to not charge a fee if it was under -$20 which is great!) My paycheck will come in days later and the account is back in good standing. Unrelated, I have on several occasions conducted (or attempted to) my banking at this branch. Each time I felt belittled and patronized by the lead cashier “Misty”. Today, I asked about possibly ordering a new card and starting fresh due to this issue, her response was “well you’ve talked about getting a new bank in the past anyways so what’s the point”. Pretty much insinuating I leave altogether. She’s rude, and gives off a negative condescending vibe. My stomach drops each time I get called by her, as I each time hope for another cashier.

Bradburn Tax Resolution - IRS Representation LLC - Colville
Jordan Page: Windora Bradburn is a God-send. Through a clerical error on my end, I unknowingly owed 6 months of penalties that she got completely abated!!! She is a fighter for her clients and is extremely easy to work with. Very knowledgeable, and highly recommended!!!
Straight Arrow Tax, PS - Colville
Luke Andrewjeski: Solid quality tax management.
Guild Mortgage - Stacey Allbery - Colville
Leigh Stylos: Working with Stacey Allbery at Guild Mortgage was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. The Stacey was patient, professional, and incredibly responsive to all my questions throughout the process. She was thorough in explaining each step, helped navigate the paperwork with ease, and coordinated well with all other parties involved, including the mobile notary. Thanks to her efficiency and attention to detail, I were able to close early, something I didn’t think was possible! I highly recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a reliable and conscientious mortgage partner.
    Chase Bank - Colville
Sally Beane: The staff at the Colville branch is friendly, professional and helpful. I have no complaint with them. My problem was that Chase began charging me a monthly service fee for a $10,000 savings account. What bank charges a fee for a SAVINGS account??? My new bank not only pays interest on my savings account, but charges no monthly fee for either my savings OR checking account. The only reason I still keep a Chase account is that they have many branches throughout the state which makes it easy for my tenants to deposit their rental payments into my account.
