This spot is perfect! I was able to swing by when worked for me and Brenden (hope I spelled that right) was excellent. He made sure I was measured to my preference and was very precise in the weld. I’m thrilled how snug my bracelet is now and really appreciate the work. Definitely recommend TCJ!

Dan took great care as I walked in with a fragile, one-of-a-kind wax model that I needed to eventually return to its owner overseas. He walked me through the process and we were able to have an identical copy hand-carved in wax, which was then cast in rose gold, and placed into an earring style I selected. Dan was communicative and helpful at every step, and Im so delighted with the finished product! After a horrible experience with a large chain jeweler (they lost my antique wedding band and lied about it for months, long story) I was nervous taking my wedding band set to be cleaned and inspected. Well, one day, I noticed a bad prong on my engagement ring and knew I needed to just get it done. I found Jewelry Dr. via Google and couldnt be happier! They saw me right away as a walk in, immediately inspected my set, identified the problem and even found two cracked diamonds in my wedding band! They were able to complete the work promptly and in house which was amazing. They had honest, fair pricing and shined my rings up like new. Ill definitely be back to have inspections, further repairs and cleanings!

I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced.
