Whenever I have an issue or a question they are available and have helped through any issues I have had. I deeply appreciate the way American Family and Beckys office has been helping out through Covid. In addition, the Emergency Roadside Service is wonderful and worth it! I maybe able to find insurance rates a little less expensive and save a few dollars but it would not be worth it because I would not receive the same awesome service I receive from Becky and her team!

Their rates are pretty good also, after comparing to many other companies. They have a few other ways to save money, such as the driver app and a home monitoring system. They can cover insurance in OR and WA.
