Kristi was consistently late to appointments, failed to follow through, and didn’t cancel my previous health plan—resulting in me being double-billed for coverage I didn’t need. She never once apologized or took accountability for any of it. After I asked not to be contacted by her again, I received an unsolicited, all-caps email with multiple exclamation marks aggressively pushing for client reviews. Barbara, the second agent I was transferred to, spoke over me during our call and responded to my concerns with passive-aggressive, guilt-tripping emails instead of taking responsibility. I’ve since chosen to work with an agency that values integrity, professionalism, and respect. I do not recommend this one.

5 /5 Sean Williams: Ill qualify for Medicare in a few months. I received lots of unsolicited mail from insurance companies that provided lots of confusing information. I knew I needed expert help because this is an important decision. I met with Barbara Hill at Warshauer Agency and she was incredibly helpful. Barbara patiently answered my many questions with competence, clarity, and honesty. Now Im no longer concerned that I wont choose the Medicare plan thats best for me. Thanks Barbara and Warshauer Agency!!!

Qetuo: They left me sitting 1/3 into the lane. There was no shoulder unless I drove up on the sidewalk. It took them 5 hours plus two companies that flaked and then called out for a third at 11:30 p.m. to find out that they dont have what they need to change the freaking tire whats the point of paying all this money if they cant even change a tire regardless of what kind of jacket needs thats their job to have the tools to change a tire sometimes even specialty tools that come with the truck. they left me there constantly in danger of highway oncoming from behind. When I talk to customer support all they do is try to blow smoke gas light and make excuses that are in their favor. They also talk and treat people like theyre stupid and when they get caught on what theyre doing then they just change it to a different subject. If you need Geico to come change your tire hopefully you dont get stuck for 5 hours waiting for someone to show up or die waiting ... because everything they did to me blew my mind....
