1 /5 Qetuo: They left me sitting 1/3 into the lane. There was no shoulder unless I drove up on the sidewalk. It took them 5 hours plus two companies that flaked and then called out for a third at 11:30 p.m. to find out that they dont have what they need to change the freaking tire whats the point of paying all this money if they cant even change a tire regardless of what kind of jacket needs thats their job to have the tools to change a tire sometimes even specialty tools that come with the truck. they left me there constantly in danger of highway oncoming from behind. When I talk to customer support all they do is try to blow smoke gas light and make excuses that are in their favor. They also talk and treat people like theyre stupid and when they get caught on what theyre doing then they just change it to a different subject. If you need Geico to come change your tire hopefully you dont get stuck for 5 hours waiting for someone to show up or die waiting ... because everything they did to me blew my mind....
