    S M: I came in here recently and didnt have the best experience whatsoever. The store owner just looked annoyed with me right away, like she didnt want me there. I decided to patron the store anyway because I needed some supplies. Much of the materials are tarnished, old and scratched up Czech glass beads. I was bummed out to see all the damage and tarnishing on these pieces. I make jewelry and only want to give my customers the best quality. So I thought Id just make something for myself. Its my fault that I read the price tag wrong but dang, are you really going to charge almost $20 for four beads that have visible scratches on their finish thereby ruining the quality of the pieces? Embarrassingly I had to put the item back. But when asked about classes she just pointed at a schedule in front of me. No warmth. I want to support local business but not when its made obvious Im just not wanted there, and with overcharged damage product its a hard sell for me. Ive been coming here off and on over the years since I was a teenager. I still have some glass beads I purchased here. But sadly, I dont think I can return.

He really wanted to make sure it was the right choice for me and even ended up paying me full spot price for some of the rounds. He also rounded up the amount paid to an even number.     Deborah Simmons: I would give it minus 100 if it was possible. The younger guy was nice the older gentleman interrupted. I needed a chain fixed and cross. Well it downhill..he said his nephew whould have to guote me. Thants fine then said 175 to fix cross. And 80 to fix the chain. Ok ..... I said well maybe it will be better to just buy another cross it was Moms. I asked do you sell cross,es the young one said yes. The prejudice older gentleman said No we dont sell crosses slid my chains on the counter to me. Kept saying it has to lazered. I know . I grabbed the and left The face of the younger gentleman. I never felt so black. Never ever wil they get my business. I left feeling like Im a broke b++++ h. Which Im not.

    Elizabeth Bear: Brought my mom in to Twisted & Beautiful for her birthday and we both got our first (but definitely not the last) permanent jewelry. Anne was so wonderful! Walked us through how it works and our options. She was personable and friendly! We truly enjoyed our time! But our great experience didn’t stop there… I had some issues come up with my bracelet, and I contacted Anne right away. She was prompt to get back to me and, without hesitation, made everything right. We were very pleased with our experience overall, and will definitely be back again (:

Greeting cards and notebook, meditation items... Also, I really appreciate when theres demo decks of Tarot and oracles, it helps a lot to get a feeling of what each deck is about, touch the cards, etc. Youll have a good time here and will surely find a little something special for yourself or a loved one. Got my first stones ever here, and Im happy that I supported this small business! And the two employees there when I passed by were both very nice.
