OneMain Financial - Tacoma c c: Customer service is okay until they secure your loan at a 29% interest rate. When you call for assistance or to make a payment they are typically very rude, especially Renee. The only thing keeping me from giving 1 star is the mini courses you can take on their website. Im grateful to have paid off my loan and will never go back to them again. Also, as others have mentioned, they want to secure your vehicle for the loan and will be super pushy and even sneaky about it. Good luck!
