1 /5 Truly Parsons: I will never use this company again. They are extremely unhelpful and rude. I got sick and was no longer able to keep the vehicle I had. They refused to come get it and would not provide a title so I could have a salvage company come retrieve it. When I asked what am I supposed to do with a vehicle that belongs to them that I can’t have picked up, I was told “sorry, I don’t know what to tell you.”
