1 /5 Kathy Maier: My father in law passed almost 2 years ago. Sonya has always done his taxes. We went to her because we never received it. She has not filed any of the paperwork to the IRS, that she had my husband fill out to get the refund. Every time we call or go there she is never in. I hope she is ok. Ot the way to keep clients.

1 /5 Shellie-Ann Kerns: The IRS has been unable to provide me with a transcript because they’re saying my return has not been filed. We pay Sonya to do our return as we have done since at least 2013. I’ve been trying to contact Sonya for two months via email and phone with no response or suggestion as to what needs to be done.
