This is THE spot for women to get a challenging workout, make AMAZING friends, and feel uplifted EVERY DAY! I have been a member at Vie for 5 years. The workouts are always challenging and able to be easily modified if necessary. The coaches are not only knowledgeable about the exercises and modifications, but they are the absolute best cheerleaders along the way! I feel welcomed, supported, and motivated by each and every coach who works at Vie. You will meet women of all ages, ability levels, and walks of life...its truly a one of a kind environment! 5 /5 Kristi Merrill: Wide variety of workouts. Coaches have all been friendly and helpful. Its nice to be able to try different times with different coaches and see which ones you vibe with more. I love the camaraderie with other women. Its always a great workout, and I feel really proud of myself for having gone to the gym each time! Update: I have been working out here for over two years now, and I dont think I will ever be able to move to a location that doesnt have a Vie Athletics! I love working out here so much, and I love the coaches!

I love everything about this gym from the workouts to the coaches to the environment it’s all just amazing, comfortable and fun! The best thing is you can try a class for free also! Everyone’s like family there (hence the sisterhood) we celebrate birthdays, engagements and celebrate in times of joy but also uplift each other through the hard things too ❤️ vie is more than a gym!

I was looking for change. I was looking to be stronger and achieve more. I was looking for comaraderie. I found this at Vie... Vie has been a life changer for me. In more ways than one. I have built character and muscles. I have pushed limits and found friends. I have laughed. I have sweated. I am a body under construction. Vie will help me achieve my goals. I would recommend this gym to any woman looking for a life changing experience, working with other amazing woman. Brandon Henry: Our daughter’s new instructor Julia has been amazing. She is incredibly organized and the transitions between activities are quick and seamless. Julia is incredibly positive and the class has fantastic energy. The kids are so happy and my daughter feels safe enough to try things out or be goofy. Seeing the way that she handles kids who need additional support has been especially impressive. Our daughter is loving her time at gym each week!

Marsha Heaton: Tayler and Lauren have built an incredible community of women supporting women in their fitness goals. Tayler is an excellent 1:1 personal training coach; she rounds out the group work (which is diverse in age and ability) with personal sessions focused on my older knees and stamina. Im fairly new to Sumner and this gym has been a highlight.

Summit Boxing & Self Defense Gym - Puyallup

PattySue Ceja: My son had just started at this gym. He was doing incredibly well at Summit Boxing—until Coach Kenny Smith crossed a serious line. Coach Kenny repeatedly made inappropriate, uncomfortable comments to my son about me—his mom. He talked about “hitting on” me and said several times he was going to ask me out. This wasn’t harmless or funny; it was harassment, and it made my son feel disrespected and targeted. When my son told him to stop, instead of acting like a professional, Coach Kenny kicked him out and told him to find another gym. Let that sink in: A teenage athlete set a clear boundary, and the adult in charge retaliated. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. It’s predatory, unprofessional, and has no place in any youth program. Parents, be warned—no young athlete should be subjected to this. If he thought it was ok for him to cross this boundary then I have serious concerns. He disregarded my son’s emotional well being and caused a setback in his progress. I’m glad my son had the courage to speak up.

lydia: I’ve been going to this gym since 2023, and I’ve always thought that this gym had excellent staff until quite recently. Whoever the young lady is who has recently started working here, not sure if it is her first job, is very unprofessional. I’ve noticed each time I come to work out she is either following around and giggling with whatever group of men or boys are present and not doing her job, or just allows random men or boys to be behind the desk as if they are employed here when they are not. They do not acknowledge your presence when behind the desk whatsoever so this isn’t a good look because they are sitting where an employee should be when they are not and being disrespectful. Whoever this young lady is needs more training on being professional at work because she spends her entire shift flirting with the males at this gym and treating it like school when it is her job.

Shqipe Cyr: I really enjoy how clean and well-maintained the gym is. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and I never feel judged everyone just focuses on their own workouts. The equipment is great, and I love that it’s open 24/7 so I can go whenever it fits my schedule. It’s a comfortable, supportive place to work out. I’ve recommended it to all my friends and family everyone deserves a place like this to take care of themselves without pressure. I’m really grateful for this gym!

D Livengood: I discovered this great yoga studio while visiting the area for a week. With the intro membership I was able to take as many classes as I wanted. I like the variety of classes, and the instructors were all great. Lastly, the owners were really welcoming. I look forward to going there again the next time I am in town.

Angela Treleven: The hyperbaric chamber helps with long term healing and I can also get work done on my laptop and phone! Seth is fabulous at stretching my hips and legs to keep me in marathon shape as I age! He is patient and a great listener to answer questions thoroughly. Seth is very caring, constantly following up with healing progress and genuine interest in my training! He also is very accommodating for my schedule and has evening and weekend appointments!
