5 /5 rita boggs: I contacted my brother Bruce Gamboa, who works at Republic WaFd, for a recommendation on a home equity loan, to replace our 30 yr old deck on our manufactured home in Crescent Bar, Quincy, WA. Our current bank was not able to help us because we are in a condominium HOA setting, even tho we are on deeded property and our roofs are not connected, and we had a credit score of 830 and owned our home out right with no leans on the title. Bruce recommended that WaFd would be able to accommodate us with a HELOC and he recommended that we work with Vanessa Johnson at our local WaFd Quincy Branch. We just signed on the loan yesterday and Vanessa Johnson is coming over to our house this morning (so cool to get this kind of personal door to door service when youre dealing with a local bank in your community.) to help us open a checking acct with WaFd. We are so excited to be banking with a local bank in our community! We will definitely be telling all our friends, neighbors and family about the exceptional service we have received from WaFd. Now we cant wait for our new deck to get built and completed!
