Once I figured it out, I was able to coordinate with Kris from across the state on the design. With this, Garlands custom made a flawless, beautiful, one of a kind piece. I cannot express how seamless it was to work with Kris and James from out of town— I couldn’t have had a better experience and the ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined!

    Christine Omoto: I found Brothers Jewelry through a google search and after reading their reviews, I decided to contact them about creating a wedding band. The process was initially intimidating because 1.) I’ve never had custom jewelry done before, 2.) it seems like an expensive endeavor, and 3.) I did not know if they really took on small projects like a simple wedding band. I didn’t want to waste their time or mine! The initial consultation was fast and I was left a little hesitant only because Scott seemed like he was very busy and there wasn’t any formal explanation of the process or any sketches done (things I guess I’ve heard are possibly conducted in the initial appointment?). I gave him pictures of what I wanted and he basically said, yup, I can do that. He was professional and gave a very reasonable price quote. Let me be clear and say that my intimidation and hesitation were self-induced and was just resultant of me being new to the whole process! I’m just trying to give a helpful, honest account of my experience for those who, like me, have no idea what to expect going into this sort of thing. Fast forward to the finish date, and Scott did an absolutely beautiful job on my wedding band and it is exactly what I wanted and had pictured in my mind. They finished on time and there was no surprises in the final cost either. I will definitely consider them again for any future custom projects. They are professionals and very good at what they do!
    Biggest Little Shop Of Fun - Kennewick
    Alicia: My daughter has had several piercings from this place. The reason I say several is because she would end up with an infection. The piercing would close then she would get a new piercing. We thought it was just her body rejecting the piercing. She had told them every time she has an allergy to certain metals. The piercer helped pick out ones they said she should not have an Allergy too. Weve come to realize that this shop sells garbage jewelry. She has gone to a tattoo shop and had the piercings redone with zero issues. The amount of $ spent here is sad. Here is their rose gold. Dont waste your time or $. They know the crap they sell and you dont want it. Go to a legit clean sanitary tattoo shop. Claires would be better than this place.

    Kyla Roberts: I came in to get my mom a necklace for mother’s day, the day before mother’s day, so of course it’s busy. I waited patiently at the counter, but the store was super packed. I didn’t get a chance to really look around because there were people around almost every display case. Finally Luis helped me out, and when I explained that I was looking for a necklace for my mom, but wasn’t sure what because it’s really packed & I can’t look around that well. He looked at me, and looked at my phone & said “well online would’ve been a good place to start. we aren’t really known for necklaces, we’re known for our charm bracelets.” I just stared at him for a second because excuse me, what? I just waited patiently while people happily took up 20 minutes of your time trying to decide what over priced charm they’re going to get. Just show me a couple necklaces so I can get out of here. I was honestly going to just walk off because I do not have time for someone’s nasty attitude today, but I already waited, so I just sucked it up. I took a total of 5 minutes to pick a necklace, I actually chose the first & only one who showed me. He didn’t even ask me if I needed a bigger sized chain, which come to find out I do. Isn’t jewelry shopping supposed to be something where I’m, idk, kind of.. HELPED out? Like you show me some things, we find the right sizes? It’s a sales job right? I guess this is what I get for choosing pandora of all places. Sad thing is, I’m pretty sure this was the store manager. I give Luis 0 out of 10 stars. He’s rude & couldn’t even pronounce my name correctly. Wishing him the day he deserves

    Cee: The employees will tell you that the jewelry you picked won’t tarnish but it’ll be bronze and turn your skin green within 24 hours. The customer service is through the charts if the charts are labeled “garbage service.” Shout out to Monica T who has the best “I just work here attitude” and to Kaitlyn the assistant manager for not offering a solution to an easy fix ;)
