I only visit the Wenatchee location these days, love the staff, love the equipment. Great trainers as well if thats your thing. Best of all, its not a place fitfluencers seem to go to which is a great thing because theyre terrible. ;)

Kelly: Joining Actualize is the best thing Ive ever done for myself. Every coach is fabulous, and they make weight training accessible and fun. Id never be able to do this type of training on my own, and the group class model is much more fun than personal training. You go in there and get to work out with people of all ages, all body types, all fitness levels, and the coaches are so welcoming and caring towards everyone. I love it, cant recommend them highly enough.

It offers the accountability of working out in a class with the personal challenge and independence of working out on your own. The times work great for me and 30 minute sessions mean there is always time for get in a workout. Its a great place. The first gym Ive ever loved for so long. Over a year and i still love going.

I enjoy this gym as it has alot of newer equipment is good shape. the hours are fair Monday-friday but closes a little early in my opinion on saturday and sundays. I havent seen and or heard about any theft here, it seems like a clean andf safe gym.

Raquel Wisemore: This gym is the only gym Ive ever been able to be consistent with. Sam and Nan make going to the gym feel like hanging out with friends. They are extremely knowledgeable coaches and can modify every workout to your strength and ability. The price is well worth what we get out of our small group classes! I have never had an issue with communication from the coaches and when there have been issues with booking on the app, my problems are addressed and solved quickly. I love this gym and the friends Ive made at Everyday Strength. If youre considering joining, just do it!
